I love his passion for his clients I hired him. Do not trust him or his staff at all. I spoke with Mr. Flickinger in the very beginning at his office and told him about everything that was going on in my WC case and had all the paperwork to show him. He then told me that he would get me REAL medical attention and take care of me.....never happened! Less than a week later of signing papers for him to work on my case...I had all kinds of drug people following me everywhere I went, along with law enforcemment and undercover agents showing up at my new place of employment harrassing and watching me. So I went back to his office to explain to him what was happening and said to him "why are all these poeple following me everywhere.... what's going on with all this....do I need to get the Police involved or what?" Then he said to me, "Are you sure you really want to do that.....?" I didn't really understand what that meant. The following me continued for over a whole month. My place was also broken into within that month as well. It was only one day after signing papers at his office Monday morning, I had all this start happening to me and by Friday, I was no longer able to work at my NEW place of employement in which I had been at for over a year and a half already. The following Monday I showed up to work and was told to leave!! This attorney never once called me to tell what was happening with my case! Ever since I got this attorney involved....my whole life has been ruined along with my reputation. I can't get a job anywhere and are jobless now because of it! I'm still suffering in pain, as well as emotional distressed and can't get any lawyer to help me out now. Also...I called the office several times and left numerous of messages for the attorney to call me back so I could speak with him and never once returned any of my phone calls!! BEWARE. WATCH OUT!! I heard nothing but a bunch of lies followed by misdirection. I never got to meet the attorney, but I can say that his yucca valley office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The first women I spoke to, with no information about my case said I'd be a waste of the attorneys time, and to find someone else, after I basically said that was ridicouls she claimed she'd ask the attorney if he would see me and call me back. She didn't. Then the second women I spoke to, said I said things I didn't, like I didn't even know who my Drs were, which I never said. Then went on a long rant about how ssi cases are done, which was not all correct. Then told me the attorney would take me on, but she didn't know his schedule for yucca valley and would have to call me back. Of course she never did. At no time was I given any of the proper information, or that I could just submit my records myself at this point in the process. Which delayed me months trying to find another local lawyer, until I finally had someone give me the proper information. I don't know if the staff just took it upon themselves to act like this or if this is the lawyers mentality, but needless to say it's not helpful to people who are sick and need assistance. When you need an attorney you NEED Philip Flickinger, he is the very best!The bus company I worked for denied me workman's comp benefits, but attorney Philip Flickinger changed that, right away I was receiving workers compensation payments.
